My doc has suggested me to use stationary bike( cycle) for knee health as I hv slight pain in both the knees.
There are two types of bikes availble in market one is air exercise bike and one is incumbent exercise bike.
What is the difference between these two and which one is good for knee health?

Hello. It doesnt matter actually which bike u buy. But from strict physics point of view , the air bike strengthens knee better as it has more angle of inclination for ur legs to peddle . From a complete medical rehab point of view as in ur case , doesnt matter which one u buy as long as u r able to peddle it The way as done in a normal cycle .
