I am 22 year old female student and i have slip disc problem L4 and L5 from last 10 months.I am not able to sit and study even 15 minutes. I had taken many medicines and now i am on ayurvedic treatment but still i have so much pain in my back. I am sure that i maintain good pose and i dont bend forward and i dont lift heavy weight. Can a vitamin deficiency cause carpal tunnel in young people? I haven't been eating well for 2-3 months and I work as a software developer and type a lot. I don't have a nice table and chair setup and a few days ago I noticed a slight inflammation in my right thumb at the base where it joins the palm. It hurts when I type or lift something heavy Could this be carpal tunnel?
