Bone & Muscle problems

I have slight pain in both the knees whlie bending or climbing stairs. I hve statred doing knee exercise for the same. I hve a habit of walking for 45 mins ( two times ie 1.5 hours) in a day. I dont feel any pain or discomfort while walking. Is it safe for my knees if i walk for 1.5 hours in a day?

Hello Doctor! I had a slip disc a month ago and low vitamin D. My doctor has prescribed me for 2 months 1. Rostruzin 60k tablet weekly 2.Arachitol 6Lac INJ weekly 2 times 3.Sarvacal 500MG 4.Coatrova M - 1 tablet daily for all The chemist chamge the "Rostruzin" and gave me "LUMIA 60K" tablet. Is it okay with all these combination? Thank you for helping!

Hi, It has almost 3 month, now pain has been increasing day by day, now even he. A not go to bathroom for toilet, cannot stand up and even twisting in bed make a great unbearable pain. We have done all the test from ct scan, blood, cancer, xray and mri, the current ortho doctor has given bones medicine and pain. I have attached the MRI report, please go through it and get to me, I am really greeting worried and cannot se the pain he is going through on daily basis.

I fall down by scooty, on 25 july but my swelling is not healing, after seen my MRI investigation report which hve attached , doctor told me to put plaster but my swelling did not go ,it has been six days since plaster applied on my left leg, ON 8 august plaster had been put, i wanna ask u sir is it ok if swelling is already there nd along with plaster, how long will it take heal? I have a slip disc and doctor have advised me to not bend and sit for too long. He will review my situation after a month. Going through physiotherapy now. I am so in fear all the time that i spent 90% time in bed only stand up for eating or going to bathroom. And sit only for eating. Is that a right thing to do? I have a L5 S1 Slip disc.

I have read about limb lengthening surgery which increases height and I'm sure doctor definitely advice medicine for bone to grow hence my question is can one have those same medicine without surgery and stil grow bone to increase height?cos as I could understand from limb surgery video from youtube the leg bone is broken and with medicine during treatment the bone grows in gap . I am 39yrs old

I am having severe shoulder and neck pain on left side. It gets worse after I wake up. Shoulder is completely stiff and unable to move neck. I do have a work with long sitting hours on laptop. How to get rid of it now? Its been more than 15 days and the pain was negligible 2 days back. Intially i thought that its ok now, but since 2 days, its paining like hell.

Hi I had pain in my elbow(bone) and could not lift my hand so visited a Dr and he gave me a pain killer injection and prescribed pain killers and I was fine till 10 days. Now the pain has began again what can I do now
