Are carnisure -500 and carnitor- 500 same ? Doctor prescribed me carnisure but the chemist gave me carnitor in palce of carnisure.

Carnisure 500 is of torrent company costs 305,  Carnitor 500 is of win Medicare company costs 349. Both contain same medicine , only difference is company name and cost
