I felt down and had sivere Injury in my Spine, multiple disc Buldge, especially in L1-L2 0.89, and L2-L3 0.78 and L3-L4 0.81, need to go for surgery and I want to consult the doctor before I make a decision. Please help me with and here by I have attached the MRI Reports and please let me know what I can do, and if L1-L2 is affected is there will be any chabge in bowel moments or pain in the Bladder area? Please help me get through. Thanks in advance

I went to orthopedic surgeon and he confirmed that the disc came out totally and the same is in the MRI and report also. I want to take the 2nd opinion that's it. If the physio therapy does not work can I go to for surgery or not and that's my point in fact question.

MRI scan and report showing that the disc totally came out and can't be solved it through physiotherapy. I have a lot of pain after keeping the belt suggested by doctor. MRI clearly shows its a critical and severe problem which needs to be done asap as it's too late till now.

Doctor confirmed me that L4 and L5 disc has come out in the low spine so treatment need to be done asap and told not do any other exercises and all. My pain is heavier and has spread to down legs.
