Bone & Muscle problems

I am having both the hand joint pain and stiffness from last 3-4 weeks especially at night or even when sleeping at day stiffness pain reduced after taking steroid all the test for ra , sle and sjogren syndrome negative took anti inflammatory for 2 weeks but pain some day its better but sometimes its on april I suffered UTI and right pelvic hip pain at first dr told its stone but than after contrast ct I got allergic reaction and from that day I develop hand pain plz suggest been to dr but not getting relief / diagnosis what should I do ?

Leg swelled suddenly. Intially had knee pains and foot pain. Later on leg started swelling and now it become very painful with swelling. Unable to walk and sit.please Suggest a remedy.

I do lots of running on trademill ànd on ground for 6 months now from January 2020  I stopped running since feel pain while running I got consult with doctors got xray and MRI and here my MRI report

I am having a terrible acute back pain not able to sit and stand up since last 24 hours. Like someone has hit me with a hammer in back.

I got tested for Vitamin D deficiency and now suffering from back and neck pain and shoulder pain. Before doctor has suggested some injections for Vitamin D deficiency but neglected to take them. Please help me out now how to get treated this.

I got my blood test today for back pain..out kf which only the serum uric acid is elevated it is 7.79 what does this actually mean?

My old doctor was treating me for thoraco lumbar sprain for 1 year now so changed ..the new doctor said me to do a mri scan for dorsal spine and few blood tests..the mri was clean..hla b27 was negative only serum uric acid was 7.79 ...few tablets are given one of them is dfz6 and febustat..what are these for
