Left hand Acronmion process bone crack
Unable to rise my left hand due to sholder pain, i can rise the hand upto 70degrees angle as parallel direction. But from elbow hand and fingers functioning is normal. But while sleeping and walking getting pain in hand and left ribs S
also. Pleaas suggest.

Xray does not show any obvious fracture.
There could be some other problem.
