Bone & Muscle problems

Past 2 to 3months having lot of neck pain  now due to this my left hand solder and arm also a paining a lot . Pian is so worst in night I couldn't sleep also & in morning time my hole back portion got frozen . Recently pain is so high my chest porstion got paining & feeling hardness to take a breath. Have tried Myoril and others medicine also but not get cured Kindly help me with some advice & also with medicine . Note - Having a IBS issue so doctor suggested me to take lite medicine dose .
