Bone & Muscle problems

I am 21 and only 5'6. I wanted to increase my height... is it possible to increase it safely with diet and herbal medicines ??

23*10*16mm cyst is this a big size for a Femur bone? does this require immediate operation? Are there any chances of bone fracture? Attached mri Thank you

My mother used to have swelling in hands early morning when she wakes up..it reduces little after some time. Her legs also swells sometimes. Is this because of any kidney problems or else what can it be?

I am now 25 years old. i have back pain in thoracic spine region exactly inbetween  T7 - T10. no difficulting in breathing and no chest pain. when i take deep breathe and yawn it hurts little. no history of doing exercise and no weight lifting. i have this pain for nearly 4 months. pain reduces while resting.

B/L ankle swelling 1 month. First one was swollen then the other. It is slightly pitting, warm to touch, tender and pain while walking. Left elbow and wrist stiffness. Knee pain (on and off). Serum urea creatinine and LFT normal. ESR elevated(72mm/hr). Her own sister is RF+. No fever.

Please suggest on the attached MRI report. Is it really serious and can not be treated by medicines Or operation. Thanks

My mother is facing intense pain while walking or pressing a single point above her ankle. She is not able to lift the leg properly while walking now. The pain suddenly started midnight. What can be the issue and what can be done.

I have uric acid of 7.3 and taking feburic 40 but still pain in toe and some  joints .. any futher medication necessary ??

I am experiencing some sort of tightness or uneasy feeling in the upper and middle back. I am having enzyplex syrup for indigestion as i was diagnosed with dyspepsia, infection of gut, regurgitation of food, gastritis. It is better than before but sometimes or when i concentrate on back i feel like i am having tightness and uneasiness in the back. There is no pain except when sometimes i feel like as if someone is pushing and releasing repeatedly from within towards outside but very mildly. If i have a walk or burping it reduces to some extent so i feel as it is trapped gas. I also have stools with gas and pressure in morning for which i was prescribed enzyplex for indigestion. I am worried because i am feeling tightness since about a week that comes and goes as i mentioned. So is it gas only? No history of injuries. But noticing bubble in urine sometimes mainly when conc. and especially when done in a commode directly in water. Height 5.5 and weight approx 70.
