Increase 1 cm Height
I am 23 years old and my height is 167 cm and my weight is 75 kg . I want to increase my height 1 cm because my aim is to join Police forces so it needs more 1 cm . So please suggest me Is there any way or possibility to increase 1 cm height by Exercise,streching or any other way ?

Hello Practo User,
No hope..
Increasing height by the methods you think are impossible.
Only way is by limb lengthening surgery which has its own risks.
In the medicals if they find out that you have undergone a surgery they will disqualify you...
So accept what God has given and proceed.

Height increase is natural
You cannot increase height like this, it's only done in select congenital disorders to correct deformity.
