It depends on the degree of deformity you have, that can be determined by clinical evaluation, if the deformity is gross then medicines will not help. If it is due to some other reason, medicines might help only to some extent.

Knock knee or genu valgum deformity is usually associated with bone weakness at growing age. The treatment depends on the severity of the deformity.
