The top part of the little finger of my right hand has bent towards the palm. There is an irritation at the place where it is bent. It was fine till about one month ago. I did not have any accident or fall. Can this be straightened? Is there any risk of other fingers also getting affected in the same manner?

The probable cause for this bent finger is due to some soft tissue injury or ligament injury towards the base of distal phalanx. There is also a possibility of some inflammatory changes in joint which may be causing this problem.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to get one x ray of hand done, to know the status of bone inside. You can take one analgesic if there is pain.
