Sir, i m a professional football player.
In 2016, first time i was feeling pain while bending..then with some rest and physio therepy i was able to play again..but again after 1 year..the pain in bending came...but again it went away from some rest and physio therepy..and then i was going good for 2 years..i was on a regular practice..i felt nothing in bending..just mild sciatica pain..
But then one day in lockdown i was doing excercise (during lunges) i feel jerk in lower back and i fell at the spot and was unable to move a inch...but in lockdown i was not able to have a treatment..so from hot pack and rest i cured it ..and when i feel normal again i started practicing..but on 2nd August 2020 again i feel the same jerk and pain..so i m having physio therepy till now...but now having good relief...i have pain in bending and my sciatica is painting so much ...on left leg..till calf when i lift it up with knee straight..
Please guide me with some treatment..
