Returning back from disc bulge
Good Morning Ma'am/Sir In the month of March 2020, I developed a minor disc bulge at my L4-L5. I have now completely recovered from the pain, and very rarely feel any sensation in my back and the leg. Can I return back to my routine exercises like running, cycling, high jumping, sit-ups, push-ups, planks etc?

Hello Practo User, Yes, you can very much return to your normal activities,but with precautions. First strengthen your back with exercises and later do all the activities as you mentioned. All the best.
