When I go anywhere on sunlight after some time i see new pimples or acne on my face. I consult skin specialist doctor and take medicine bt no result found till now. Again my face skin is black than my whole body. Please suggest how i relief my problem. Will i use safi syrup?

I am facing problems with irregular periods for last 8 months....I took allopathic medicines to stop and regularsie heavy bleeding. It get ok for 2 months, but then again delayed and heavy periods. I wentvthrough several tests..and ultrasound ... but everything seemed normal. Just 4 days back I started hempushpa syrup n tablets. Can I hope to be back to normal with this??
