Hi, Don't stop Triphala grit, it can improve your eye condition more. You can safely carry on the use for next 6 months. Just ensure that there are no metal or mineral(example: bhasma etc.) ingredients present in it. Please try following options for eye problem Brahmi oil 2-3 drops as nasal drops 2 times a day before sunset. Use for 1 month. Incase you are not able to find Brahmi oil, try Anu Taila as nasal drops. You can also try saptaamrut lauh 125 mg 2 times a day along with Triphaladi ghrit for better results. This oil has no side effects according to the scientific data available.
