Hi doctor since 2014 I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm... ND since 2014 I'm taking Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a... Since 1month I'm taking jeevanthyadi ghirit, Saptaamrit lauh jeevanya vati tab ND before bed triphala churna.. Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all. ND since 40days I'm taking ashwangandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna off teaspoon once a day on empty stomach wth warm water ..im pure vegetarian nt even eggs and my digestive system is strong... Im a sports person.. I'm very confused with the diet for bodybuilding.. Because this many medicines I'm taking no!! After tht ashwangandha ..my breakfast is chickpeas wth milk.. ND my wight is 81kg.. Ashwangandha does not increases Fat it decreases fat nd build a body so need to worry.. Bt diet???? Kindly help me wth the diet

Stop Ashwagandha combo... it is better to stop chick pea like diet. All lentils dry up the body. Other Ayurvedic eye medications you are taking will supply  fat to body. So opposite quality medications will not safe to consume together.

Health Tips
You can have simple ghee in your diet..which gives nourishment to eyes and body too... Melted ghee around 3 tsp with warm food , three times a day
