Hey, thanks for such complete information. Each herb should be 1000 mg or 1gm for a single intake and not 100gm. You can take the mix 2 times a day initially. After a month you can increase the dosage to 3 times. The recommended general dosage for each herb is 3 gm per day. Continue for 6 months, take a break of 1 month and you can continue again for next 6 months. These herbs cause no side effects for the eye problem. Hope this helps! Best wishes.

yes u can take it 4 gm twice a day for 3 months . it also helps you in mysthania gravis .
