Hi, Great that you received a good response. Food is actually the most important part. If you are non vegetarian, prefer roasted or baked meat. Chicken, duck, seafood, eggs, etc are good source of protein. Avoid beef and pork as they have heavy fat content and are carcinogenic in long term. Start with 2 eggs and increase to 4 eggs gradually in a month's time in breakfast. Breakfast : 4 eggs, 200 ml milk with whey protein, 4 bread/roti, 100gm sprouts, 100 gm fruits Lunch : 6 roti/phulka, 2 bowl daal/pulses, 2 bowl green vegetables/roasted meat, 2 bowls salad, 1 bowls rice, 1 glass buttermilk/ 1 bowl Curd, yoghurt etc. Dinner : 4 roti, 1 bowl daal, 2 bowl salad, 1 bowl vegetables, 1 bowl vegetable/ meat soup Avoid pickles, preserved chutney/sauce, spicy food, acidic, heavy food. Eat on timeAvoid late night dinner. Try to have dinner before 8.30 pm If you face no problems, you can continue the powder mix without taking a break. Real results will depend on your exercise routine. If you exercise properly, you might see a difference in 3 months time. If you don't exercise properly, you will become fat and flabby. This powder will actually prevent the acne problem, also remove present acne. Chill friend, I also had no money when I was 20 :) Sharing personal details is unethical on this platform, but you can keep asking the questions. I won't be available till Tuesday, out of station. Will answer after that if there are any questions. Best wishes!
