Good morning. This is Dr Ratnaprabha Rajguru, Ayurveda graduate. Duet suggestions according to Ayurveda depends on few factors... like 1. Age 2. Your core ( Prakriti) 3. Season 4. Medical or health conditions 5. Geographical conditions 6. Your lifestyle ( Active / Sedentary) In short with few general instructions, it should be customised according to ones need. Hi ayurved suggest 3 meals per day . I.e heavy breakfast moderate lunch & light dinner .it's average view for all .
