Hi... Mrng I'm taking ashwangandha shatavari kaunch beej mix churna 2/3gm once/twice a day wth MIlk... For bodybuilding Then what should I eat for breakfast...I'm thinking to eat chickpeas wth sprouts... I cnt take oats...Because I should drink another glass of milk wth oats... So tell me.. The detailly diet for bodybuilding..... .. . . I'm pure vegetarian nt even eggs and I don't want whey protein at this age20 ... .. So suggest me nice diet for pure vegetarian for bodybuilding... Nd give 2/3 extra option for every meal so I can decide anyone
