Since 2014 I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm bt Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day ND eye drops etc etc In Ayurveda since 20days I'm taking Triphala ghrit, Amla juice ND alovera juice mix, Amla rasayan wth saptaamrit lauh wth honey!! Taking regularly for eye disorders redness dryness etc etc etc etc etc etc Chawanprash bt not regularly Recently I started taking Ashwagandha,shatavari, kaunch beej, mix churna 3/4gm once a day wth warm milk before bed for weak muscles ND for gym and work out cardio session, low testosterone level etc etc etc So my question is It is safe to take this many Ayurvedic medicines??? If yes Then how should I take chyawanprash, triphala ghrit, ND ashwagandha, shatavari powder, kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm.. On whole day?? These all medicines suggested me an ayurvedic doctor.. This question I asked number of times Bt sad

No need to take so many medicines . I think Triphala grith is sufficient for your problem.

yes it is safe but under observation of ayurvedic dr. because he decide your prakarti of body and acc the prakarti and severity of disease doses will give you,if this ayurvedic preparation suggested by ayuurvedic dr. then doses and time would be told by him in general chyawanprash 12 to 24 gm two time in a day with milk trifala ghrit for pouring in eyes or taking internally if for eye then 2 drops of ghee put in eyes if for health he would be prescribe acc to your agni if he is planning for snehana then it will give empty stomach in general quarter to half teaspoon with water, usually before food, once or twice a day, or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor. Ashwagandha, shtavari is good for weight gain person, it build muscles and improve your stamina also. ISo you can take 1tsp of it with glass of milk before or after work out . and once a time kaunch beej also. For more details kindly revert back to me. Thank you
