Shatavari powder
Since 2014 I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm bt Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day ND eye drops etc etc In Ayurveda since 20days I'm taking Triphala ghrit, Amla juice ND alovera juice mix, Amla rasayan wth saptaamrit lauh wth honey!! Taking regularly for eye disorders redness dryness etc etc etc etc etc etc Chawanprash bt not regularly Recently I started taking Ashwagandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day wth warm milk before bed for weak muscles ND for gym and work out cardio session, low testosterone level etc etc etc So my question is Instead of swet musli can I add shatavari churna..?? These all medicines suggested me an ayurvedic doctor..

shatavari is herb to support and this herb to support and tonify the female reproductive system. and musali is effective for improving male performance, inducing spermatogenesis and providing strength to the muscles. so better to take shwet musli. u can replace shwet musali with black musli. but consult with your ayurvedic dr.
