Painfully stool passing
Hi This is sameer 25 years old, at first I am facing problem of gas after eating foods... Now since one month I am facing a another problem which is constipation and finally it goes to hell while passing stood it given me a painfull moments. Now I am taking a course of ayurvedic medication but day after one day it's seems same .... Bleeding is not occur but bleed a bit if hard stools... Sometimes it comes soft and sometimes it comes soft... Whether I take soft foods or hard...kindly help me...

It needs more constitutional evaluation. But, right now, for symptomatic relief, do sitz bath with warm water with a spoon of salt or triphala churnam. Constipation is directly related to digestion. So pls take very light easily digestible food. Empirically, dhanwantaram gulika 2-2- 2 with warm water 15 mins before food ll help... Jus taking a laxative is not gonna work. So will too many medicine. When a person has constipation, it means , his agni or digestive power is very very low. So he ll not be able to digest food itself. Then how ll too many medicines be metabolised...

Hello sir as per your symptoms,  you seem to have hard gut. Add veg salads with your dinner especially add fiber based( Carrot, cabbage,raddish)
