Your BP is slightly high than the normal. Normal BP is 120/80, however it is not very high.

2-3,Garlic buds after meals or at night, to be swallowed whole.
Ashwagandha 2 tabs twice a day. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen and has excellent cardio protective action.
Food and lifestyle changes help better than medicines in BP
Avoid spicy, oily, heavy food.
Avoid late night dinner
Avoid sleeping immediately after eating.
Eat green vegetables, fruits, salads, Curd, sprouts etc regularly.
Exercise is extremely important to keep your circulatory system healthy.
