Bloodpressure is normal or high?
My bloodpressure is around 140 mmhg so is it high or normal??if high than how can i reduce it? and what is the home remedies?

Hi, Your BP is slightly high than the normal. Normal BP is 120/80, however it is not very high. There are many home remedies for reducing BP Please try following general options to see which one suits you best according to your Prakrati. 2-3,Garlic buds after meals or at night, to be swallowed whole.
