Can you let me know if ajwain is good for helping in hyperacidity. I am facing acidity for last few years as I have irregular eating habits and bad foods intake. Can you help with Ajwain water based intake which controls my hyperacidity issue. You can suggest with other good options. I can try to reduce my specific meals but hyperacidity is severe problem like. Also I take Sheth brother Thandak churna.please suggest

I have been suffering from constipation since last 10yrs. i tried various medicine bt all are good for a certain period. I went to various doctors & they give some ayurvedic medicine namely gasex,live52 etc. And Allopathic namely entroquinal, entrozyme, sorboline etc. But does not find the correct combination. please advice me which medicine i will continue. But on Patyadi Kadha it is written this is for Headache, So i am confused now whether i get medicine for my problem or Dr misunderstood my problem, Can you Please Dr Is Pathyadi Kadha is useful in this Disease or Not?
