Hello I have attended a Ayurveda camp for 5 days due to additional of alcohol they treated me and asked me to take the pills twice a day and not have alcohol in anytime. I'm already 2weeks sober and I'm feeling depressed as hell. They told I'll neither die nor able to cope up if I have a little alcohol to. What should I do. At least can I drink 2 large? Or stop the medicine temporarily?

I'm Taking Ashwagandha For Height It Gave Me Helpful Results. But Is It Make Me Fat. Because I'm Already Fat.
