My bloodpressure is around 140 mmhg so is it high or normal??if high than how can i reduce it? and what is the home remedies?

Hi This is sameer 25 years old, at first I am facing problem of gas after eating foods... Now since one month I am facing a another problem which is constipation and finally it goes to hell while passing stood it given me a painfull moments. Now I am taking a course of ayurvedic medication but day after one day it's seems same .... Bleeding is not occur but bleed a bit if hard stools... Sometimes it comes soft and sometimes it comes soft... Whether I take soft foods or hard...kindly help me...

Good evening sir.... Sir there is critical problem with my eyes whenever i go in sunlight my eye pains and headache starts.... I have checkup by doctor also but he says to wear glasses.....I don't know what to do please help me.......

My fiancé has a intermittent lower abdominal pain issue. She gets that pain once or twice a day. Earlier it used to be of higher intensity but now the intensity has lowered down. We have consulted Gastronomist, Gynaecologist, and 1 Ayurvedic Doctor too. The situation seems under control but the pain is still there. I am so confused now. What to do next?

I am having fungal infection (ring worm) from a long time , consulted doctor s many times and got medicine which acted temporarily.. but when I discontinue the medicine for 2 days the infection will become double than the original .. please suggest a remedy to get rid of the infection permanently.. U told me to use six C ointment for my intense scrotum itching.still now I have tried all allopathic steroid creams for scrotum but didn't worked.currently applying tacrolimus 0.1 for last 50 days with out any improvements.so do u think Six C ointment can give relief that even steroid creams couldn't.please don't mistake me sir.I just asked this coz of curiosity and eagerness to try this ointment. Note:  I am currently Following strict vegetarian diet Avoiding gluten enriched foods because I also have Prurigo nodularis Taking tripaladi churnam at night for digestive problems🙏🙏 Please reply I am suffering from this skin infection for the last two years.
