Hi.... . In the early morning empty stomach I'm taking ashwangandha, swet musli, kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm wth milk once a day...At present ... .. .. Bt I'm totally confused wth breakfast... .. . I'm a sports person... Nd pure vegetarian nt even eggs . . My family nd you tube videos.... Adviced me to take.... Chickpeas wth Jaggery at breakfast. .nd i love chickpeas so much ... .. Bt after tht powder nd milk... Cn we eat chickpeas wth Jaggery.... .. If we eat how much chickpeas and Jaggery should take... Kindly answer to this chickpeas topic only.... Don't give another option for breakfast plzzzzz bye

It depends on how much calories you want to hv in that meal. A cup of chickpeas contain approx 720-730 calories. Out of is 65% is Carbs, 20-25% is protein and remaining 15% fat. So how much chickpeas you can eat depends on how much calories are needed from that meal. Hence it differs from person to person.
