My fiancé has a intermittent lower abdominal pain issue. She gets that pain once or twice a day. Earlier it used to be of higher intensity but now the intensity has lowered down. We have consulted Gastronomist, Gynaecologist, and 1 Ayurvedic Doctor too. The situation seems under control but the pain is still there. I am so confused now. What to do next?

Hi,
Please try following general treatment

Mukta Shukti 125 mg + Hinguashtaka churna 1 tsp before every meal.
Triphala 1 tsp with warm water before bed at night.
This treatment is aimed to reduce swelling or microbial infestation in intestines.
These medicines are safe and can be followed for a month, after that please consult your nearest Ayurvedic physician.
Hope this helps!
