My wbc cont is 8500. And my lymphocytes is 54%. And I m getting itching on my body.

I have fissure problem along with piles from last 2-3 months. I am on Ayurvedic medicines and usually I do not have constipation issue due to diet and moderate exercise. But I am seeking stool softener medicine in Ayurvedic because whenever I go for defaction in the morning initial stool is little hard rest all is soft. This initial hard stool causes straining effect and pain during defection, which continues later for few hours. This pain increases while standing. As I request there is no constipation issue just initial hard stool. Therefore please advise just stool softener. I am applying smuth cream and jatyadi malham in anus area is it fine?

How to remove hand cut marks by knife.. I already consulted Dr Naveen .and he recommended me C scare cream to remove my hand scare. Bt now I m not satisfied. Plz suggests me some best medicine.
