Plz practo means I can't understand this word.so can you advice the meaning of practo Thank you for co operative

Hi.. I am having PCOD. After a serious issue with my periods, I have consulted an ayurvedic doctor. He gave me a medical course to be followed and I have been following that course strictly since 3 months. But the periods are not occuring since the start of the course. When I asked him, he said its okay and he asked me to continue the course. But I am little worried about my periods. And I am unable to ask him in more detail. Is it okay?

My bilirubin count is Normal.But my sgot and sgpt are not normal. Is it dangerous if I smoke?
