Gastric problem
I am suffering from gastric problem from last 1year, subsides with allopathy but reoccur after stoping medication. please advice any treatment in naturopathy.

Hi, This is an answer from Ayurveda point of view. Perfect solution to your problems will depend on a proper medical history and body type analysis. Please try following general treatment. Dashmooladi kwath 10 ml early morning empty stomach. Avoid food for 30 mins after taking the medicine. Hinguashtaka churna 1 tsp before every meal. Gasex 2 tabs SOS on severe gastric problem. Triphala 1 tsp, before bed at night with normal/warm water.
