Gastric stuck in lower back bone
I recently discovered that i have gastric problem. Due to such problem i am facing a problem with my back bone. In the lower back, i am having a major pain which occurs mainly when i sleep or sit for long time at same place. Can't bend back easily. It creates lot of pain and feels like back will break. So i am tend to bow down and wake up from sleep very carefully. Also when i get some massaging done on the pain part, i get some gas going out and feels little less pain. I am not sure whom to consult.

Hello my friend, I understand your concern but need few more details. Kindly share your lab and radiology reports if any, and if not, then kindly get an x-ray done. X-ray lumbosacral spine. Your pain, it's mostly because of wrong sitting postures, and living in cold environment like in AC, dietary habits can worsen the situation. So corrections in those are required. For the treatment, Ayurveda can provide you better relief, * योगराज गुग्गुळ - 2 tablets twice a day. * अश्वगंधारिष्ट - 4 teaspoon twice a day with equal amount of water. * आमपाचक वटी -. 2 tablets twice a day for 7 days. After 7 days, 2 tablets daily before retiring to bed. These are 100% herbal medicines, with NO side effects. This treatment will help to improve your muscle tone, bone health, helps to reduce the joint pain, and detoxifies the body. Regular practice of these yoga postures also helps a lot in early recovery, पश्चिमोत्तानासन, पवनमुक्तासन & हलासन. These are simple and very effective. Heat therapy also provides better relief. For that one can simply use hot water bag or electric heating pad. But don't overdo it. Take care of these things, - Avoid stale/junk food. - Avoid anything which is sour like curd, pickle etc - Avoid carbonated beverages. Get well soon...!
