Yes both problems can be treated through Ayurveda,Use should take madhur,tikta,kashaya ras dominant food,take sufficient water,take Avipattikar churna 1 tsf with water before meals b.i.d.,In Bangalore u can also consult at Govt.Ayurvedic Hospital and College
