Hi doctor,
I have a digestion problem and gastric problem.
I don't feel like eating much and I eat very less compare to others.
As I go toilet for 2-3 days once and it will be hard. Could you please suggest me a good ayurvedic medicine for this? Also best ayurvedic medicine for gastric problem

You have problem of gastritis and constipation .First of all avoid all the maida , spicy ,oily fried and spicy food in your diet . Include curd with jeera powder on a regular basis . Try to have pomegranate on a regular basis . Add fresh fruits with fibre on a regular basis . Use Triphla syrup 3-3 spoons for constipation and you can use Amlapitta Mishran 1.5-1.5 -1.5.

Include Unrefined food such as whole grain cereals, bean, honey, lentils, green and leafy vegetables such as spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, sprouts, celery, pumpkin, beats, carrot, tomato, fresh fruits especially grapes, figs, papaya, mangoes, guava and oranges.
Avoid white flour, rice, bread, pulses, cakes and pastries.
Food should be chewed well.

2. Ash pumpkin juice
3. Tender coconut juice
4. Juice of Indian gooseberries
