Can Gynaecomastia be cured permanently with ayurveda. I dont want surgery and allopathy doesnot have a solution for it.

Sir. I m 22.my face skin is always oily,shrinking and inflammatory specially at night .every day it sheds white scales but not like fishy scales.also my head has the same problem all the year.as for the whole body,it has fishy scales not easily to be curbed out but in winter only starting from November to the end of March. Face and head suffering always but body from neck to bottom only during the winter for last 6 years.sir,felling always depressed,isolated.some effective consultation please.would be very grateful.one dermatologist I have consulted diagnosed it as ichthyosis but I m still not sure what it is .any treatment for it for ever.

My blood pressure is 130/100 Some time 140/110 Didn't taking any medicine . 3 month before my blood pressure was 120/90

I do have nerve pain nowadays and I felt very bad when I come from office. all body started paining. all of time I am lazy .Due to this concentration level is weak.

He is suffering from seizures last 10 yrs. And taking epsolin 100mg 3 tablets daily. But in last 4 yrs he never got seizures. But suddenly he got seizures 3-4 times in hourly gap. We consulted doctor and doctor changed the medicine to levipil 500mg 2 times a day. Now he got fits again. Now doctor increased the dose to 750mg twice daily with fresium 10mg also. Kindly suggest best medication for him considering his old age.
