I am diagnosis with spondylolisthisos L5 S1 with disc vulgar and c5c6 minimal bulge, now I am facing back and neck pain, occasionally, and numbness in left leg if walk more than 10 mins

4 months earlier I had high fever about 102.5F for about 3 weeks. I had masturbated during the time. Typhoid report that time was 1:80 and now it is showing normal. Though the temperature after that has reduced, but still I have a mild fever of about 99.5 to 100F daily. The temperature increases during day and falls at night. I also experience fever after taking food. It has been a long time, I am far away from home and fed up now. Please guide me what should I do.

Dear doctor, i hv heard that gokshura helps in increasing the thickness of hair by increasing testosterone level. Is it true and is it safe to take?

Is there a quick cure in ayurveda for 15cm large fibroid? I am advised to undergo surgery to get it removed. I just want to try one last time if there is any cure. Its increasing in size also.

Respected Doctor's I don't know whether is the correct forrum to ask this question. I am having SCROTUM itching for past one and half years.After taking Allopathy medicines for 20 to 30 days the itching subsides but after a gap of two weeks to one month the scrotum itching come back stronger.Visited lot of dermatologists.But still the issue is there.so I want to know what might be the problem.whats triggering it.please reply 🙏🙏 your replies are invaluable to me🙏🙏 Note:I don't have diabetes,i am a teetotaler,Made lifestyle changes like using cotton inner wears,changed body soap(dermadew for itching & dryness).But Nothing worked so far.

Hi I have been using western medical from 2 years not daily bases n current using ayurveda medicine for digestion or gastric problem n back pain. Can you tell, western or ayurvedic medicine as less side effect on kidney n other vital organs.
