Need Kshar sutra treatment in Pune city, near Shivaji Nagar Area, Having pilonidal sinus from last 10 years.....

My panic are so small ,my age 32.than my panic are so hard and bigger crate.

Had undergone IVF but it didn't success. From 2 years I am taking Ayurveda treatment. It's improving. Today is 11 DPO. But my bbt chart slightly down 97.6. past DPO was high. Is that implantation dip ? Or to start periods ?
