Piles problem is the me work on Pune privet company Pune and my age 27yr.piles on blooding.3/4time day

I have this problem from 2013, constipation, dandruff, runny nose, swelling in ears, watery eyes, eruption on face,neck and shoulder, In morning when i wake up the right or left side is blocked,because the side i offers to sleep, Can`t concentrate, memory loss.

Fissures ano is already operation by doctor in last two months back some times I feel irritation at stool And can I take Millet s oriented food

I am on Ayurvedic medicine from last 2-3 months, for the treatment of piles and fissure. Right now I am taking arshodhavni vati, trifala guggul, gandhak rasayan, praval pisthi, aarogya vrat, abhayristha syrup, shivakshar paachan churn and Kaishore guguul. My problem is initial stool is sometimes little hard and due to this I have bleeding and severe pain after defaction. When stool is soft, there is no major problem. I do not have constipation problem just seeking stool softener medicine in Ayurvedic. Please advise any stool softener, which I can take with above listed medicines. Only issue is with initial anus opening time stool which is hard rest is soft.

I have been consuming 1 capsule 450mg ashwagandha with honey and ghee after dinner for past two days.But this has been causing some problems : Stomach trouble with increased gas and slight pain in upper abdominal area(I have a sensitive stomach especially to spicy food). Feeling a bit of flu like feeling with sweating from palms of both hand and leg and little heated sensation in the eye. Please advice on how to consume ashwagandha so that i may reap it's benefits without any ill effects.

What medicines can I take to increase my satisfaction level. As although I have no eractile dysfunction, still not able to come soon and inadequate ejaculatiom
