. I am suffering from severe allergy with running nose and sneezing .. Doctor prescribed Antihistamine tablets. .. I was taking it for last one year .. I can't stop it.. if I skip.. again.. I am getting back my allergies . Is there any herbs. Or medicine in Ayurveda ..to skip antihistamine allopathy tablet..thanks in advance..

Dear Doc, I have a problem of cold & cough since 3 months. It recures very offent. I have had antibiotics but of no use. Then a allopathy doctor suggested some anti allergic s for bronchitis and when I had it came down but did not go off fully. Then again within 2 days back to same condition.
