I am suffering from sleep problems for past 6 year's. I consulted allopathy doctor's. But they didn't solve my problem.

My daughter is 15 yrs old but her height is only 150 cm. Can it be increased by ayurveda. I have tried homeopathy and products such as step up kit. Please advise.

From last 2 days i hv taken himalaya triphala tab ,1 twice a day ie after taking lunch n one tab take after dinner..after taking first time this triphala tab ..i feel very uneasiness n uncomfortable and i didn't take proper sleep whole night when i took triphala tab first time ..i never ever take triphala before this ..my qu is...i feel uneasiness n not taking proper sleep is due to triphala tab??? can i stop it ?? i have gastric problem ..instead of triphala tab what can i take plz ans me..thx in advance....

I have a GAS problem in my stomach and also body not maintaining the proper heat.

I am on Ayurvedic medicines for piles and fissure treatment. Seeking effective ointment to heal fissure quickly, as it bleed whenever there is little hard stool and it pains for few hours severly if applied strain while passing stools. I am having this from last 2 months. Relief I want is that, if there is little straining or little hard stool there should not be any problem. I have avoided tea & coffee, No spicy and junk food in diet, Can I have Curd, potato, rice or should completely avoid this.

Dear Sir/mam, Myself Ankit Tripathee.My mother is a patient of anxiety since 4 years. I visited many doctors including physician,Gastroenterologist and now my mother is taking treatment from a psychiatrist in kanpur.She got relief from every doctor but for a limited duration. Now she is taking medicines still she has chest pain, headache, dry mouth and too much weakness.
