Hi, Homeopathy is definitely helpful if the doctor is good. General treatment for liver - Dashmooladi kwath 10 ml early morning empty stomach. Avoid food for 30 mins after taking the medicine. Liv-52 2 tabs + syrup 2 tsp twice a day Triphala 1 tsp with warm/normal water before bed at night. General treatment for hormonal imbalance - Shatavari 2 tabs twice a day. Ashokarishta 10 ml before meals with equal amount of water. This is a safe and effective general treatment. Hope this helps!
