Hi, Consult nearest physician for a personal check at the earliest possible . There might be a need for detailed diagnosis. Maharasnadi kwath 10 ml with equal amount of water, early morning empty stomach. Avoid food for 30 mins after taking the medicine. Punarnavarishta 10 ml + 1 tsp Hinguashtaka churna with equal amount of water after meals. Triphala churna 1 tsp before bed at night with normal /warm water. This treatment can be followed for 15 days for good results in pain. Hope this helps!
