Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello, My gum has been paining a lot lately, may be because my right canine is pushing its way to the front of an incisor. I've attached a picture of it here. Please suggest what should I do? Thanks!

I am suffering from left TMJ arthralgia and temporal tendonitis since 5 weeks. I have been put on painkillers,hot fomentation and soft diet and voilini gel. There's relief but not completely. I have impacted lower left wisdom tooth. Upper left one removed few years ago. Can it be the reason for the above condition? Pain is dull aching not severe but constant and relieved by conservative treatment but not completely resolved. OPG shows normal TMJ joints. Please advise.

Hello Doctors, Today I suddenly realised that the filling of one of my molar tooth is missing. Seems it came out. Now I am not in my home city where my usual dentist is there. So shall I go to any clinic in my current place and get the filling done or shall I wait for sometime until I return back to my hometown Additionally what precautions I should take care for now. I have developed couple of tiny blood blisters inside mouth near cheeks and lips. In the last 6 months I have few occurance of blisters. Also there is small lump I feel on my upper lips from inside which Have gum disease and undergone scaling 1 weeks back. Is it due to scaling or what could be reason. What we can do prevent it?

My ceramic crown dental implant is done in early 2013. I saw recently that it's showing this black gum line on the inside of tooth. It does not pain or no discomfort. I am able to chew as usual. Can you guide me by seeing photo as to what exactly has happened? And do I need to take urgent action?

So far i have been struggling with the pigmentation which was fine, now what is happening is the area where my upper teeths are touching the cheek feels rough(as if my cheeks are dry there and teeth rubs). I had a buccally erupted wisdom tooth which i got extracted but these weird patches are increasing bilaterally along with under the lips! What are these flaky marks? That looks like 'Y' or X... Dentists are saying after physical examination that it is melanosis, but why this dry roughness feeling :(. Dermatologists are saying go for biopsy it might be OLP :(. I am just 24 and I don't smoke too! Why is this happening to me! I don't even consume pan or tobacco ;'(.. I am worried if it's gonna affect my social life or general life in general. I try to ignore it as much as possible but again that dryness feeling screws it up! Also is lichenoid reaction(not olp) be cured?
