Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have plaque with stains and calculus as got to know through consultation. Due to pandemic my family doesn't want me to go for dental cleaning. What are the challenges if one delays and for how long can I delay the process. Thank you

Respected sir or mam today I done my scaling and done my routine check up. As per my consern doctor prescribed me a mouthwash of a chloex ads anti discoloration mouthwash of a Dr reddy is it ok to use after doing a scaling cz I heard using mouthwash can make your teeth stained and dirty so this mouthwash is good for maintaining a proper dental hygiene and also can I use luke salt water gargel instead of mouthwash or in a alternate days like 1 day I can use a mouthwash and another 2 days I can use luke salt water rinsing and plz for a healthy teeth and gums plz prescribe me a best toothpaste

Recovered from Covid 14 May 2021 on from 14th day of Covid little swelling on right side neck and face, right side nose little block, teeth sensitivity, little healthy right side eye, and swelling on above right side eyebrow. Already consulted Ent, eye specialist and dentist. PNS orbit MRI done on 25th May and nasal endoscopy also done on 1st July all are normal but still situation is same. Currently as a treatment only nasal drops running. Please any Suggest what should I do or next step.

Molar teeth is getting stick towards the cheeks, its painful from last 2 days , the cheek are swollen. What to do ?

Hi , I have 3 bad teeth. I want to get them treated as while laughing or smiling they look ugly. Also my front 6 teeth i want to push them in as they are little out so my smile looks bad. I have attached photo. What all are the treatment available and how much will it cost.

So i had hyperpigmentation started in right side on my bucca mucosa since may 6 and i have used kenacort, caziq, oralb paint, it reduced it but after stopping it came back. I am okay with the hyperpigmentation, the dentist checked it and said its fine, it doesn't hurt or doesn't cause any problem, but in left buccal mucosa also this thing started up now.. and in left side what I observed was there's a little swelling of salivary papilla, please help me if this is normal or something serious?

Now after hyperpigmentation happened in the right side, it started happening in the left side too and in left side i feel the salvary pappila is swelled/a little bigger whereas in right sode its small and not prominent... is this salivary gland stones?
