Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have something red and white colour pimple type in my gum in upper teeth below upper lip,it is painful and i am having it from 4days .How will i cure this?

I have constant pain in jaw under ear and neck for 15 months now. I have constant tapping and biting pressure on tooth 46. I went to dentist for jaw pain under ear and he spotted tooth 46 issue and sent me to endodontist. I didn't have any tooth pain before this visit. Only severe jaw pain under ear and neck. Endo couldn't see any fracture or crack in root. He said to do root canal for this tapping/biting pressure on it. Had root canal in September and still no changes. Don't know what's wrong. Checked tmj with MRI and CT. Tmj normal. OMFS said Myofascial pain and sent me to PT. I saw another Endodontist for second opinion. took x-rays and said I have pdl widening on 47. And apical periodontitis in 46. He said I have high hitting spot in 47(no dental work on this tooth) and wanted me to polish that down. I couldn't feel the bite at all and it feels different and upper molars hitting hard and tight on this side. I have tight jaw, neck,back and shoulder muscles.how to treat this tooth?

I recently got my cavity cleared with temporary filling.after the procedure my pain has worsen and my gum are overly redish above the decayed teeth. As a home remedy,I applied alcohol dip cotton to that gum portion, which might have worsen the Gum area. Kindly suggest how to get relief from the pain. I have taken one dose of antibiotic today. Please assist

I have got a sore at the junction between  lower jaw and lower part of tongue , it looks like a white patch and also painfull. Pain is also felt in the throat while swallowing. It has spread from one side of the mouth to other side .

How is apical periodontitis treated? What to do for periodontal ligament widening?have constant jaw pain under ear and neck for 15 months now. Have tapping and biting pressure on tooth 46.had root canal and crown. Still no changes. Same pain for Biting pressure on it. It hurts in tooth and gum even if pressed with fingers.have neck pain and have small lump for more than an year. CT scan normal.  I have jaw clicking and grating sound. Taken MRI,CT of jaw. Normal.They said it's Myofascial pain and doing physical therapy for it.  Biting on this tooth on qtip hurts in the lower jaw under ear lobe. I am not chewing on it or using that side at all for eating. Using only the opposite side.   I went for another Endodontist opinion. He took x-rays and said tooth 46 has apical periodontitis. Not sure if it's been present since beginning of this pain episode. He put me on antibiotics to see if it helps.  Tooth 47 has periodontal ligament widening. does apical periodontitis cause so much pain?

My last teeth are impacted and sometimes create pain .kindly suggest which is best option . extraction or rct of last teeth

Front teeth, right side 2nd teeth is at backside. What should be done with that teeth? Does it need to be clipped? Within how many days the teeth would be aligned? Please suggest. It would be helpful for me. Thank you in advance.

There are black patch in gums near the joining part with teeth..and pink on the lower part of gums.gums on two of the teeth has almost disappeared..It is a major concern or should i wait and see for few days

My upper 2nd premolar start discolour brown just on surface what is this and what is treatment it just on surface no whole

I used a new brush couple of days back and from then my gum skin scraped. I am scared if this is cancer. There's a small ulcer near the scraped skin. Attached pictures. The first one taken two days back is marked with black and today is without any mark. Is it healing ? I also used listerine in the last two days
