Bleeding from gums could be due to infection in gums, calculus deposits on tooth. You may need scaling and polishing of your teeth. Then follow good oral hygiene. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, use mouthwash. Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
