Hello.. Kindly visit a periodontist for teeth scaling and polishing. You will require an x-ray of the tooth to check for any cavity. If so Filling/root canal treatment is required depending on the extent of spread of cavity. You may use desensitizing tooth paste as and when recommended Brushing must be done using the correct brushing technique with a soft bristle toothbrush. Avoid hard and vigorous brushing. Lukewarm salt water rinse will provide relief.
Next Steps
Please visit a dentist for definitive diagnosis and treatment.
