Hello. Kindly attach clear photographs of the concerned region.
In case of staining (yellow deposits on teeth) You are recommended to undergo Scaling and polishing.
In case of change in color in teeth, you can undergo scaling along with teeth whitening treatments (various types of bleaching procedures are available)

Please attach some clear photographs of effected area. If their are yellow deposit on tooth, then you need scaling of teeth. But if they are naturally yellow in color then you can go for scaling and bleaching of teeth.
Sensitivity to cold could be due to carious or chipping off of superficial layers of tooth. Need to check completely to guide properly.
