Can i travel from flight ( duration 2 hrs ) after a tooth extraction since i have removed my tooth week ago but due to exposure of bone theres still pain it was may be the 6th molar ( not sure abt the number but this is the main molar tooth )

I have bitten my tongue four days back. There was slight bleeding which stopped in a min. But the wound is at the surface. So it's still slightly painful and red. I am doing betadine mouthwash one to two times every day. Can you suggest, if anything else will be helpful. Thank you.
