I am 30 year old men Having 3-4 cavity in my doubled teeth at the end of the teeth and one root canal also done how to avoid such cavity and what is the root cause of this cavity

I have a tooth decay both side lower wisdom and upper right side teeth. I am very scared to go to dentist. Now the issue is my decay tooth is completely damage and it is broken, there is some pulp or swelling with white and red color is there where teeth should be there. It is paining when I touch only. I want to know what it is and how to treat it. Please help me because I don't want to visit hospital due to covid.

Hello Doctor, attached picture of my lower tooth section, just beside towards that wisdom tooth, i can feel something bony structure coming from upward section in skin,. Its not noticeable on another side of jaw, only on one side. There are no symptoms as well other then its touching the upper molars from the side upon normal mouth closure because thats how i felt it. What is this ?? Is this harmful?

2 days back i had a cheek bite, today morning it was looking fine, it ws normal too today morning but at evening after i ate some apples and later mixture, after an hour observed this, it looks like blister, is this normal? And should I apply anything on it? I have dologel. It doesn't hurt though.. Attached 2 pics, one from before the hurt and one after(latest with blister visible).

I got my RCT done and since then I am having pain. It is been more than a month now and pain is still there. Due to the pain I have delayed crown placement as I am not satisfied. I revisited to my doctor and after taking the X-ray he confirmed that RCT is fine but I am having mostly mild pain all the time and sometimes it's severe too. I had to take 1 Combiflam every week, rest of the days I just bear the pain and avoid taking painkillers. What should I do? Should I go ahead with crown? Is it possible that pain could be because crown is not placed? I am chewing food also from that side because other side is also open because of RCT and one crown is still pending. Currently 3 RCTs are going on, one is complete and for rest two crown is pending. Please help me to understand the cause of pain. Thanks in advance

Why the area is getting hyper-pigmented? In my buccal mucosa it started now its spreading all over the labial mucosa, when i lick it it feels sour as if any wound is there, but no burning or itching. Why is that happening? Do i require a biopsy? I observed topical costicosteroids do work but aggravate it when stopped.. Help. Non smoker, no tobacco usage, occasional alcohol user(very rare). I can eat spicy food without issues.
