Can dental implant success in molar region i need 1st molar replace i ask many doctor some say ya very successful last lifetime some say it not success in your molar region what is truth if i get implant at molar region can it fail plz tell truth

I have a small bump (painless) on the right side of tongue. And even left side it is there. Is it something serious ?

Hi , My question is regarding my teeths. So the problem is I have a bad smile and my front two teeths are abnormally structured. I can't smile anymore and feels ashamed almost all the time. I would just like to know about the strength of emax crowns and one of the major concern is that "do they look fake" ? I think I am getting wisdom tooth, 2 small teeth are coming in the right side upward and downward.
